Environmental quality is fundamental for ensuring the economic and social well-being of Adriatic and Ionian citizens. Likewise, it is essential to react in a fast and coordinated way in case of natural or man-made disasters.
The AII Round Table on Environmental and Civil Protection aims at ensuring a good environmental and ecological status of the marine and coastal areas, contributing to halt the loss of biodiversity and degradation of the ecosystem, improve waste management, as well as at exchanging experiences and best practices and improving collaboration in the sector of civil protection with a focus on forest fires.
